THE FOOD INTRODUCTION AS IT SHOULD BE!

Animação-letras-2.gif

Like every stage of a baby's development, introducing food is an experience that requires a lot of dedication and love, but which can also generate doubts and concerns.

Kiddo Gourmet's mission is to alleviate a little the difficulties of introducing food, without diminishing affection and participation, helping you to provide your baby with adequate, balanced and safe food, and encouraging the formation of healthy habits for life.

Our Food

How it works?

When introducing food, it is important to introduce all foods several times, even if your baby “doesn't like” the food at any given time. It's normal to have leftover food on your plate from time to time. Good eating habits for life are formed in this experimentation process.

We do not use salt in the preparation of our food. Your baby's palate is forming during food introduction and it's important that the child knows the true taste of each food.

Kiddo Gourmet kits consist of food boxes with 8 portions each. Which do you choose before checking out.

Each dish is to be assembled with 1 portion of carbohydrate, 1 portion of animal protein, 1 portion of vegetable protein, and 2 portions of vegetables.

Choose the combination of ingredients you want to offer your baby at that meal.

Heat the portions in a bain-marie or microwave and serve.

Tip. Defrost overnight. If its thawed, keep it in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Do not freeze again!

Take advantage of the time to be together with your baby, experimenting, discovering and educating about the wonders of food!

Quality, safety

AND THE ENVIRONMENT

Our ingredients are organic and of the highest quality, chosen and prepared with lots of love and following all food safety protocols. In addition, they are deep-frozen to preserve flavors, textures and nutrients.

For safety reasons, we exclude some foods from all kits, such as nuts, honey, shellfish and seafood.

Our packaging is made from materials approved for use in food, including infant and toddler foods.
