We cook, pack and delivery. Free delivery for orders $200 and over. We deliver to West Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade.

Delivery Method
Delivery is contactless. We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and Hotels. When shipping to a business or a Hotel address please ensure that you specify the business name.
Packaging
We are passionate about using packaging materials that have a "low to no" waste impact on our planet. All packaging is sustainable and is either compostable, recyclable or biodegradable.
Fresh Meals
Our meals are delivered Fresh.
We can snap frozen on request. Snap freezing is well known in the food industry for its ability to preserve the nutrition and physical properties of fresh ingredients and cooked meals for perfect reheating. Our ice packs are reusable and packaging is recyclable and compostable.
