A creamy, not spicy, sweet coconut and veggie curry sauce, with free-range, hormone-free chicken breast served with low GI white rice.

"We love encouraging kids to get a little more adventurous with their eating so they can enjoy a wide variety of cuisines. Our veggie packed Coconut Chicken Curry is mildly spiced and a great way to introduce kids to curry. We serve it with low GI rice to provide sustained energy for active kids. Our rice is also full of resistant starch, a type of fibre which feeds the friendly bacteria in our gut, kind of like a fertiliser. Feeding these little guys plenty of the good stuff keeps kids' guts happy which supports a strong immune system and helps reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases later in life."

 

COOKING TIP - if the dish dries out during cooking and becomes stodgy, add water a little at a time until you have the desired consistency.
