A great all-round couscous-based dish and favourite of the Kiddo Gourmet taste testers. Subtle Mediterranean flavours, tender Tilapia, combined with low-GI couscous and packed with veggies.

"Fish is the richest source of omega-3 fatty acids, a type of fat which is essential for healthy brain development and eye function in kids. It's also an excellent source of protein to help build, maintain and repair muscles and other tissues, and is low in saturated fat. Because of these health benefits, it is recommended that kids eat fish 2-3 times per week."
